Bring your own water bottle to drink during activity. Bottles can be filled up with water free of charge at the youth hostel. For safety reasons, glass bottles may not be taken into the climbing hall.

• Minimum age of each participant: 5-9 years
• Maximum of 10 children
• 3-4 accompanying adults must be present during the course

Please note the following information

• We kindly ask you to inform us about the exact number of participants at the latest 2 weeks before the activity.
• Please make sur that all participants wear comfortable clothing and clean sports shoes.
• Long hairs must be tied by a hair band during the climbing activity.
• Please bring the digital or printed version of the admission ticket that you received by email when you confirmed your booking.
• We kindly ask you to respect the mentioned times. If the group is late, the trainer must be informed immediately. The trainer will wait for the group for a maximum of 15 minutes. If he/she has not been notified of a delay by this time, he/she has the right to leave the agreed meeting point or, if necessary, to cancel the activity.  We ask for your understanding that if you arrive late for an appointment, the activity time generally cannot be extended. Your activity will usually end at the originally scheduled time so that the next guest does not have to wait.

Cancellation policy:

• If canceled more than 28 days prior to arrival a fee of 5 % of the total amount will be charged. 
• If canceled less than 28 days prior to arrival, a charge of 15 % of the total amount will be charged.
• If canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show, the total amount will be retained.
