The youth hostel Lultzhausen offers introductory courses in water sports for beginners, where experienced instructors teach the basic techniques in small groups and provide all the equipment.

Requirements	All participants, children and young people as well as adults, must be able to swim (for at least 15 minutes) and submerge. It is compulsory to wear a life jacket, which is provided by the youth hostel. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs and/or medication. No dogs or other pets are allowed on the boat Kayak hire: Each child and young person aged 10 - 17 must be accompanied by a full-paying adult. Per kayak: max. 1 person SUP hire: Each child and young person aged 10 - 17 must be accompanied by a full-paying adult Per SUP: max. 1 person
Important information	Please wear sturdy shoes or water shoes, swimwear and sun protection. Guests are responsible for their own drinks. Waterproof bags can be borrowed from the youth hostel on request.All participants are required to wear a life jacket (provided by the youth hostel). Private items may be taken onto the water at the participant's own risk and responsibility. However, the youth hostel cannot be held liable for destroyed or lost items. The experienced instructors will guide you through practical exercises in small groups with individual support. If you're a beginner, you don't need any previous experience - the hostel will provide all the equipment and guide you step by step. Just bring your swimsuit and motivation for an unforgettable experience of nature from a new perspective.

The number of participants is limited, so book early.
